Where do you source your food from?
We partner directly with local farmers and suppliers to rescue surplus stock and 'ugly' produce that would otherwise go to waste, ensuring growers get a fair price for their entire harvest.
How does delivery work?
We deliver weekly or bi-weekly depending on your subscription. You will receive a notification the day before your delivery with an estimated arrival window to ensure your produce stays fresh.
Can I customize the items in my box?
Yes! Each week you will receive an email to 'Manage Your Box' where you can swap out specific items based on our current seasonal inventory.
What is your policy on damaged goods?
While we celebrate 'ugly' produce, we never ship spoiled food. If any item arrives bruised or inedible, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or credit on your next box.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use 100% recyclable cardboard boxes and biodegradable liners to ensure our environmental footprint is as small as possible.
