Return Process

Take clear photos of the specific items and the packaging label to help our quality control team identify the problem.
- 2.Contact Support
Send an email to our customer care team with your order number and the photos attached within one day of delivery.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim and assess if the produce fell below our 'imperfect but edible' standards or was damaged in transit.
- 4.Receive Credit
Approved claims will receive a pro-rated refund or a digital credit applied directly to your next Odd Bunch subscription box.
